Shipping policy

If you are local or will be in town please select pick up as your shipping option. 

  • You will receive a PICKUP READY order notification by email or text.
  • Please allow 24 hours for all orders to be packaged and ready to be picked up

Shipping

Average processing for orders will take 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Once an order is processed it can't be canceled
From date shipped to locations in the U.S. it could take 3-7 business days. Shipments within Oklahoma normally take 1-3 business days


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show updates.  If you do not receive this email please check your SPAM/JUNK Mail Folder.

Once an order is processed it can't be canceled

  • Estimated delivery time does not include holidays or weekends.
  • Orders placed Friday afternoon and Saturday may not be processed until Monday. 
  • We are not responsible for package delays due to USPS/UPS schedule, once the package is received at the post office they are no longer under our control. It is the Customers responsibility to file claims to Lost or Stolen items. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by customers.
